THE PALM JUMEIRAH – SPECIAL VILLAS IN FRONDS

The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago created using land reclamation which extends into the Persian Gulf. It is part of a larger series of developments called the Palm Island, including Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira, which together increase Dubai’s shoreline a total of 520 kilometers (320 mi). Construction of the Construction on Palm Jumeirah commenced in 2001 and basic infrastructure was completed in 2004. Palm Jumeirah is considered the world’s largest man-made island with originally 4,500 number of residential units on the island. The overall development is typically classified into 3 sections: the trunk, and the crescent. The trunk contains most of the apartment developments on Palm Jumeirah. The Fronds consist mainly of Nakheel’s luxury villas and townhouses. The Crescent is where the majority of Hotels & Resorts are located on, although there is some limited residential components that area ready or under-construction.
